PV-Floating is highly experienced in providing substructures for floating photovoltaic (PV) systems. Since our first floating installation was launched in 2018, that experience has enabled us to deliver over 150 MWp of high-quality floating PV systems to our customers.
Together with our approved partners, PV-Floating efficiently supports the entire process: from the design and approval of a new project through to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Advanced machinery
The production company ZIMMERMANN Metallbearbeitung GmbH has a large raw material warehouse and very modern machinery in the Upper Swabian town of Ritzenweiler, Eberhardzell. These factors make it possible to produce substructures for 30 MW per week. Over 8,000 to. of raw material in a wide range of steel grades and dimensions are kept in stock at all times. Flexible personnel and resource planning enables a quick response to tight delivery deadlines for larger quantities. Thanks to ultra-modern tube and sheet metal laser systems, you can always rely on innovative and precisely executed solutions.
